  23. I'm not sure that I agree with adding a product to the diet, but perhaps this is one that is sure to do the trick.
    I am happy to see someone trying to take a legitimate stab at the weight issue as too many people are shy and nervous to do anything about it.
    I've been in Vietnam for the last 3 weeks and really haven't seen any body here that is overweight. (well one person and they probably had medical reasons... they had 6 toes and I think had mental under progressions.)
    Thing is everyone eats 5-6 times a day. And on top of that, it's all rice, fish, chicken, tofu, plants and more of all of it.
    I gained 6 pounds the first week then lost 5 the next and 6 in this last week. I don't think I could honestly go back to eating burgers (fast or slow) and I'm probably going to stay away from any foods that are not organic. Oh not to mention, Milk and cheese is really scarce here... hope this helps, will be checking out the product momentarily.
